About the company

Fästingfri is a popular digital service among pet owners with thousands of satisfied customers. We write prescriptions for medications for pets. Our team consists of veterinarians and animal lovers with extensive experience in animal care. We assist pet owners across Sweden by providing them with prescriptions for their pets' medications.

About the role

As a customer service representative with us, you are an important link between our customers and our veterinarians. You will respond to inquiries via email, which means you can work flexibly according to your own schedule. The most common questions relate to prescriptions, payments, or other general inquiries when ordering prescriptions. To make your job easier, you will have prepared response templates for most questions.

For more complex cases regarding prescriptions or medications, you will always have the opportunity to consult with our experienced veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email
• Use and adapt prepared response templates
• Ensure that our customers receive prompt and professional assistance

We are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has good written communication skills (Swedish)
• Is looking for a flexible part-time job

Preferred qualifications (not required):

• Has previous experience in customer service
• Has an interest in pets and animal health
• Currently works with animals

Working hours and scope:
