About the role of Senior Project Manager
In the role of Senior Project Manager at ONE Nordic, you will become a key person in the department for Lighting and Traffic Signals in Segeltorp. You will closely collaborate with the Department Head to ensure the department's success and shared results. In practice, this means you will work operationally as well as strategically with project management, leadership, and improvement initiatives. You will lead, coach, and motivate employees involved in the department's projects and ensure good resource planning for effective work.

Furthermore, you will have commercial responsibility for identifying new business opportunities and will work together with the Department Head to guide other project managers and ensure success in all projects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Closely collaborate with the Department Head to ensure the department's results and development.
• Work operationally and strategically with project management, leadership, and improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate employees while ensuring effective resource planning in projects.

• Support and guide other project managers to ensure success across the entire project portfolio.

About you
To succeed in the role of Senior Project Manager, you have solid work experience in a project management role where you have successfully managed projects from start to finish. You have previous experience in formal or informal leadership within the electrical and energy sector or related industries such as construction, contracting, civil engineering, or other infrastructure. Previous experience in public lighting or traffic signals is considered an advantage. Furthermore, you have a strong interest in leadership and are accustomed to coaching and motivating high-performing teams. You possess a strategic mindset where you are used to handling contracts, finances, budgets, and implementing and following up on improvement initiatives.

As a person, you are unpretentious and thrive in a role with significant responsibility! You are a confident leader who can switch between operational and strategic work and are used to working with a results-oriented approach. Additionally, it is important that you are structured and capable of independently planning and following up on your work. You enjoy varied days and are skilled at seeing details while also having the ability to take a holistic perspective.

Important for the position is:

• Solid work experience in a project management role where you have successfully managed projects from start to finish.
• Previous experience in formal or informal leadership within the electrical and energy sector or from related industries such as construction, contracting, civil engineering, or other infrastructure.
• A strong interest in leadership where you are comfortable leading and coaching employees with a focus on creating robust teams with high team spirit.
• Strategic mindset where you are accustomed to handling contracts, finances, budgets, and implementing and following up on improvement initiatives.
• Clear business drive, unpretentiousness, and a willingness to take significant ownership.
• Good system skills and a valid driver's license (B).

Meritorious:

• Previous work experience in public lighting or traffic signals.
