–KMA / ENGINEER

We are looking for a results-oriented KMA Manager / Engineer with a solid construction background who wants to take operational and strategic responsibility in our projects.

This is a key role for someone who understands contract law, production, and quality – and who can translate regulations into effective processes in reality.

🎯 The Role

You are responsible for ensuring that our projects meet requirements according to law, industry standards, and contracts. You work closely with project management, site managers, and clients, driving the KMA work from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement KMA plans
• Ensure compliance with AML, PBL, BBR, etc.
• Self-checks, risk analyses, and workplace plans
• Documentation according to AB04/ABT06
• Internal and external audits
• Follow-up on deviations and improvement measures

✅ Requirements Profile

• At least 10 years of documented experience in the construction industry
• Experience in KMA work in construction projects
• Engineering education or equivalent practical competence
• Good understanding of contract law (AB04/ABT06 is an advantage)
• Driver's license B
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Bas P/U
• Other training is an advantage
