Who is H&K Entreprenad?

H&K Entreprenad is a rapidly growing contracting company specializing in roofing, facades, and property-related services. We work with clear goals, strong forward momentum, and high engagement. We are now expanding our sales team and looking for more field sales representatives to join us on this journey.

About the role

As a field sales representative with us, you will attend pre-booked customer meetings with homeowners. Our inside sales team books the meetings — your focus is to understand the customer's needs, present the right solution, and close the deal.

You are responsible for advising, building trust, and closing — the actual execution is handled by our partners.

We are looking for someone who

• Is social and comfortable meeting people

• Enjoys making deals and achieving results

• Is goal-oriented and driven

• Is self-sufficient and responsible

• Enjoys working out in the field with customers

• Has a B driver's license

Experience in construction is a plus, but not a requirement — your communication skills and business drive are the most important.
