As a Group Manager, you are at the heart of the operation, leading and distributing the daily work for your team of approximately 10-20 people. You are a present leader who works side by side with your team to ensure that we meet our deadlines and achieve our goals. You develop and coach about 2 team leaders who all strive to achieve our common goals together. With your operational input, you actively contribute suggestions for improvements in work methods and processes. You report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with your fellow group managers and the Logistics Manager.

The role is full-time with a permanent position, starting with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are evenings or weekends.

As a leader with us, you are a role model who practices what you preach. You enjoy being operational and are not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed. You have the ability to lead both personnel and processes forward in a dynamic and changing production environment. Our operation is extensive and complex, and you and your team view change as a natural part of the work.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Experience from a fast-paced production environment with large logistical flows.

• Experience in warehouse or logistics work.

• At least three years of leadership experience with personnel responsibility.

• Good multitasking ability and the capacity to see the big picture.
