Sushi Chef Wanted – Poke Maniac in Trelleborg
Poke Maniac in Trelleborg is now looking for an engaged and experienced sushi chef who wants to become part of our growing team. We are a restaurant focused on sushi and poké bowls, and we always work with quality, taste, and service at the center.
Responsibilities
As a sushi chef with us, you will among other things:
- Prepare and cook sushi and poké bowls according to our routines
- Ensure high quality, hygiene, and neat presentation
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team
- Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized
We are looking for someone who
- Has previous experience as a sushi chef (required)
- Is familiar with kitchen work and feels comfortable with knife skills
- Can communicate in Swedish (spoken and preferably written)
- Is responsible, meticulous, and stress-resistant
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team
