Are you an engaged quality engineer with a passion for technology and improvement work? We are now looking for a driven quality engineer who wants to help develop our client's processes and ensure the highest quality of our products.
What will your workdays look like?

As a quality engineer, you will be a central part of our team and responsible for driving quality issues throughout the production chain. You will work closely with production and suppliers to ensure that we deliver products that meet the highest possible quality.



Your main responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures.
  • Perform quality controls and inspections of products and processes.
  • Lead and participate in audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify and drive improvement work to reduce defects and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to ensure that incoming materials and components meet the required quality.
  • Train and support colleagues in quality issues and best practices.
  • Participate in customer dialogues and handle complaints or quality issues.

Additionally, we see that you:

  • Have a relevant engineering degree, preferably in quality or production technology.
  • Have experience in quality work within technical or manufacturing industries.
  • Have good knowledge of quality standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Have experience working with tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, or similar.
  • Are a self-driven and structured problem solver with a strong focus on details and results.
  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

  • Are fluent in both Swedish and English.

We are ready for you, so the start for this job is today, tomorrow, or shortly – as soon as you can start, simply put. You will begin with a fixed-term employment of 6 months. Before you start with us, we will conduct a background check.
