About the Workplace

In preparation for the summer of 2026, we are now seeking registered nurses for summer temporary positions.

In the unit, approximately 36 permanent employees work alongside a stable group of wonderful hourly nurses to provide good care to patients enrolled in municipal primary care.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse in municipal primary care (KPV), you have overall responsibility for leading and developing the municipal health and medical care assignment. The work is conducted through independent home visits and delegated health and medical care interventions performed by nursing staff in both ordinary and special housing.

In this role, you will meet patients with varying care needs and medical conditions, which places high demands on your competence and gives you the opportunity to build a broad and deep clinical experience.

Placement may occur in both special housing and ordinary housing.

Your responsibilities as a nurse include:

• Leading and being responsible for the medical work and making independent assessments of the need for health and medical care interventions based on applicable legislation and guidelines.
• Collaborating with both internal and external actors, such as doctors, rehabilitation staff, care staff, and other healthcare providers, to ensure cohesive care.
• Working with deviation management and documentation according to applicable regulations and contributing to systematic quality and patient safety work.
• Supervising, delegating to, and teaching nursing staff about health and medical care interventions to ensure good and safe care.
• Identifying, mapping, and preventing risks in care and assessing the patient's need for health and medical care interventions with a clear emphasis on a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and enjoy working in a team while being confident in taking significant personal responsibility for your work. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, flexible, and structured in your working methods.

You have a solution-focused approach, good ability to prioritize, and adapt to changing conditions. Furthermore, you are communicative and have an easy time creating good collaborations with colleagues, patients, and external partners.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license is required.

Interviews will start immediately and continue on an ongoing basis during the application period.
