Assignment Overview

Our client within the banking and financial sector is seeking two experienced Technical Testers.

What You Will Work On

• Analyze and review requirement specifications
• Develop and maintain automated test cases (API and E2E testing)
• Prepare and manage test data
• Execute functional, non-functional, integration, and migration testing
• Support test planning and, when required, contribute to test leadership activities
• Collaborate closely with agile development teams and external stakeholders
• Structure, document, and track test cases in Jira, Confluence, and relevant test tools
• Continuously report status and findings to the Test Lead or Team Lead
• Verify newly developed functionality within a microservices-based architecture
• Ensure high quality, stability, and compliance in financial transaction flows

What You Bring

• Documented experience as a Technical Tester in complex system environments
• Strong experience in test automation, preferably using Java and/or Python-based frameworks
• Hands-on experience with API and E2E testing in microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of test methodologies, integration testing, and programming
• Experience working with financial systems, payment solutions, or cash management platforms
• Experience working in Jira, Confluence, and structured test management tools
• Very strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in regulated, business-critical environments
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with both internal teams and external partners
