Assignment Description
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer
What You Will Work On
- Apply UX best practices to structure content for intuitive self-service journeys
- Design and maintain a scalable knowledge architecture optimized for AI, automation, and chatbots
- Collaborate with HR subject-matter experts, ServiceNow developers, and AI enablement teams
- Establish governance, templates, and guidelines for content creation and maintenance
- Act as the lead UX voice in stakeholder discussions, influencing senior leadership decisions
- Ensure integration of the knowledge base with other HR systems and workflows
- Support continuous improvement of search, navigation, and self-service functionality
What You Bring
- Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platforms
- Solid UX design skills with expertise in content strategy and information architecture
- Experience structuring knowledge bases for intuitive self-service and AI-driven search
- Understanding of automation and chatbot integration in enterprise HR systems
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to define governance, templates, and scalable frameworks for knowledge content
- Experience presenting UX recommendations to senior stakeholders and influencing adoption
