We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with a strong ability to start new teams and drive agile practices in complex organizations. The role involves responsibility for several teams working distributed across three different sites, one of which is in Stockholm.
In the role of Scrum Master, you will support 2–3 teams in their daily agile work. The focus is on facilitating and further developing Scrum ceremonies, creating effective collaborations between teams and stakeholders, and ensuring a well-functioning flow according to the SAFe framework.
Responsibilities:
- Start up and coach new agile teams
- Plan, facilitate, and follow up on Scrum ceremonies
- Support the teams in continuous improvement and delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and other Scrum Masters
- Work according to SAFe in an environment with multiple parallel teams and sites
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Senior Scrum Master
- Documented experience in starting up teams
- Good knowledge of SAFe and working in larger, scaled agile environments
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience working with distributed teams
Preferred:
- SAFe certification
- Experience from larger organizations or complex IT environments
