Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Change Leader with deep DevSecOps expertise

What You Will Work On

• Develop a new delivery and collaboration model based on DevSecOps principles.
• Define and document guiding principles, process flows, roles, and responsibilities.
• Design collaboration frameworks between development, operations, and security teams.
• Establish governance structures, KPIs, and follow-up mechanisms.
• Define a continuous improvement framework aligned with DevSecOps maturity.
• Develop an implementation roadmap with strong focus on change management and cultural transformation.
• Support stakeholder alignment across business and IT functions.
• Ensure the model aligns with the technical platform strategy while remaining tool-agnostic.

What You Bring

• Documented deep experience in DevSecOps and modern software delivery models.
• Strong experience designing and implementing DevSecOps operating models.
• Proven background in change management and introducing new ways of working.
• Experience working across development, operations, and security functions.
• Strong understanding of the “you build it, you run it” philosophy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on facilitation capability.
