• Plans the work on development of the functional software security in accordance with the tasks of the employer;

• Managing a team of product managers, distributing their tasks, monitoring their performance and efficiency;

• Recruiting new employees for the team, conducting interviews and assessing competencies;

• Personnel planning for the team, planning hiring and workload;

• Distributes tasks between the different teams and supervises the implementation of the software development work in accordance with the specifics of each project;

• Represents the interests of software users in the team in which they work;

• Develops specific requirements for the software security;

• Conducts an analysis and compares the technical and functional characteristics of the software with products competing with those of the employer and uses this analysis in planning the work on the development of the software products;

• Makes strategic planning of the main stages of development and setting goals in connection with the development of the software in the employer's enterprise;

• Advises other programmers on technical and functional characteristics in relation to the software they are developing;

• Collaborates with other members of development teams on complex multi-development implementations (provisioning, integration, billing, etc.);

• Collaborates with other teams on application issue resolution, product functionality, design clarification, infrastructure support, quality assurance.

• Leads a product focused on simplifying the end-to-end experience of creating and managing WordPress websites.

• Contributes to long-term product vision and strategy for WordPress products.

• Aligns product strategy to company objectives and target key results.

• Partners with the engineering team and other product managers across teams to translate product strategy into initiatives, epics, and executable stories.

• Keeps current on the competitive WordPress landscape and user needs, conducts competitive analysis, and leads innovation in owned product.

• Works across WebPros with Engineering, Product Marketing, Product UX, Sales, Support, and other departments to ensure the overall success of the product.

• Participates in the hiring process and interviewing Product Manager candidates. Goal setting and annual performance reviews for team members.

• Cross-team collaboration to improve the product and identify improvements.
