About the assignment

WeQube is now looking, on behalf of a client in the public sector, for a Senior System Developer in AI and strategy for an exciting assignment related to digital transformation, process development, and artificial intelligence.

The assignment is linked to development work within healthcare, focusing on modernizing referral processes, improving internal and external communication, and strengthening the strategic work around AI.

You will work both operationally and strategically – from analysis and visualization to the concrete development of a Proof of Concept (PoC) for an AI-based chat solution aimed at employees.

Tasks

In the role, you will:

Validate existing current state analysis and target image
Further develop and concretize future target scenarios
Analyze processes and assess potential for automation and AI support using CBM and BVM
Create visualizations in Figma or similar tools
Develop a Proof of Concept AI chat based on existing content
Design the employee journey related to the chat solution
Define guardrails for safe, responsible, and qualitative AI use
Provide recommendations for prioritized development areas where AI creates the greatest benefit

Deliverables

The assignment should result in:

Validated current state analysis and future target scenario
Gap analysis and automation assessment per process step (CBM/BVM)
Visualizations in Figma or equivalent
Proof of Concept for AI-based chat
Presentation to the steering group

Requirements

To be considered for the role, you should have:

At least 3 years of documented experience in process development within healthcare or other complex operations
Experience with CBM (Component Business Model) and BVM (Business Value Model) or similar methodologies
Experience in developing gap analyses, target scenarios, and improvement proposals
Documented experience in AI-related analyses in business processes
Experience in developing or leading the development of an AI-based chatbot/agent in a scalable environment
Good familiarity with working in Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar visualization tools

Meritorious

It is meritorious if you have:

Experience in automating complex manual processes
Experience in developing Proof of Concept solutions within AI
Experience in UX, employee journeys, or customer journeys in regulated environments
