About the Job

We are nearly 230 colleagues at the Enforcement Authority working with IT development, and we have an exciting journey ahead of us with modernization, digitization, and automation. We drive forward-looking projects focusing on internet technology, information-centric views, event-driven architecture (EDA), and modern e-services. Our main success factors are that we work together in agile teams with the operations within the authority.

As part of our team, you will work on developing, implementing, and managing eBS solutions for the operations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating value through smart system solutions and thrives in an environment where collaboration is key.

The location can be at any site where the Enforcement Authority has offices.

About You

You are an experienced eBS expert with the ability to identify and apply best practices, patterns, and solutions to create a functioning and secure end product.

You are a person with strong analytical skills and good judgment. You take initiative, are engaged, and take responsibility for achieving goals. You always work to create as much added value as possible for the authority. Since we work cross-functionally, we see it as important that you easily create and maintain good contacts and networks. You treat others with respect, kindness, and actively listen to others while showing a positive attitude. It is important that you are structured, can collaborate with others to achieve goals, but also work independently to drive development. You have excellent communication skills and can pedagogically clarify issues within your expertise to the various roles you encounter within the authority.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has:

• several years of work experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
• several years of work experience with eBS modules AR, AP, and GL
• several years of work experience with documentation according to Oracle eBS standards
• work experience with Oracle SOA Suite
• work experience with agile methods such as Scrum and SAFE
• good knowledge of Swedish and English
• education at least at the high school level

As a Functional Expert, you also have the following qualifications:

• several years of work experience as an Oracle E-Business Suite functional expert
• ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system solutions
• work experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing
• you need to have a technical understanding of the technical framework that eBS is built on

As a Technical Expert, you also have the following qualifications:

• several years of work experience as an Oracle E-Business Suite technical expert (AppsTech)
• deep technical understanding of the technical framework that eBS is built on.
• strong knowledge of Oracle Forms/Reports and API integrations
• work experience with customizations and migrations
• understanding of system architecture and integration with other platforms

Good to Know

The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an IT administrator. The Enforcement Authority offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer.

This employment involves placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. The employment requires Swedish citizenship.

Working in the state means that you follow the state value base. There are also special requirements for judgment, security thinking, and compliance with applicable laws. We ask questions during the interview about any previous criminal activity and shortcomings in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions are also asked of referees. We also collect information about debts registered with the Enforcement Authority, bankruptcy, and business prohibitions. Information obtained will be considered in the overall assessment of your suitability for the position.
