As a security officer for information security, you have a central role where you primarily work with information security focusing on cloud service security. This involves working with analysis, standardization, and follow-up, as well as setting requirements regarding information security in IT projects and IT deliveries.

Your role also includes further developing methodologies and working methods within the area, and you also support the section's other areas of expertise. You actively participate in the systematic work to develop security protection within the Government Offices. Together with your colleagues, you are an important part of the Government Offices' security work.

Your background

We are looking for someone with a university degree focusing on data and systems or security, risk, and crisis management, or other suitable education within the security or IT field combined with relevant work experience for the position. Furthermore, you have several years of current experience in standardization and requirement setting for information security with a particular focus on IT systems. Alternatively, you have similar experience that the Government Offices assess as equivalent. You also have experience working with information security in a systematic and risk-based manner, and knowledge of the laws and regulations governing security protection in Sweden. A good understanding of how information security can affect IT security is also a requirement.

It is meritorious if you have relevant product training in cloud services for the position and if you have experience working with compliance with regulations in cloud deliveries. It is also meritorious to have security work at all levels, at both strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Knowledge of methods and models regarding risk and vulnerability analyses, as well as experience working with relevant IT projects with a cloud focus, is also meritorious.

Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

The position is one or more permanent employments with a six-month probationary period as a start. The position is placed in a security class, and a security review with a background check will be conducted before a decision on employment is made. You must be a Swedish citizen, but you may have a foreign background.
