About the job:

We are looking for a developer who can also serve as a Scrum Master in a team working with embedded systems in vehicles. You will assist the team with technical work and coordination. The role is hybrid: approximately 20% Scrum Master and the rest technical work.

Responsibilities:

Investigate issues and bug reports
Test and analyze vehicle systems
Read project descriptions and analyze changes
Write technical documentation
Be functionally responsible and follow up on work
Lead Scrum meetings and help the team maintain structure

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience with embedded systems
Knowledge of C++ and/or Simulink
Engineering degree (e.g., electrical, computer, mechanical)
Strong analytical skills
Good English

Preferred:

Experience with vehicle systems
Scrum Master experience
Driver's license C/CE or D/DE

Personal qualities:

Employment:

Full-time, 40 hours/week
Start: April 13, 2026
End: April 12, 2028
Location: Södertälje (at least 3 days/week on-site)
