Who are we?
AMRA Medical is a groundbreaking international medical technology company at the forefront of
medical imaging and precision medicine. AMRA was founded in 2010 as a
spin-off from Linköping University with the aim of supporting transformative care and clinical
decision-making; from clinical research to clinical care.
The company has developed new methods for body composition analysis that allow
us to automatically produce multiple fat and muscle-related
biomarkers with unparalleled precision and accuracy from a single MRI
scan. We work with internationally leading pharmaceutical companies and hospitals
around the world. Today, we have over 60 employees, operating in an international
market, with a need to expand further.
Job Responsibilities
As a medical technology company, quality is important in everything we do. For our
quality review in MRI analysis, we are now looking for someone with a
solid interest in the field of anatomy. The tasks consist of reviewing large
amounts of medical images and, when necessary, using AMRA's software,
adjusting the segmented anatomy to align with the definition of
a biomarker. You will also be involved in improving our
work processes and routines.
You will be an important part of the production team, which currently consists of 16
employees with backgrounds including physiotherapists and nurses. Your
work location will be Linköping.
Who are we looking for?
The role requires you to be meticulous and quality-conscious, with the ability to focus
in a repetitive environment while maintaining engagement. To succeed in this role, you should be an
experienced and dexterous computer user, but you do not need deep technical expertise
in computers.
You are a communicative person with excellent collaboration skills and relate to
others in a responsive and smooth manner. As AMRA Medical is a young company under
development and change, it is important that you can easily adapt to
changing circumstances. The role requires solid competence in anatomy from
education or equivalent work experience. It suits you if you have an
interest in health and enjoy tasks that do not vary much and
require high concentration.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.
What do we offer?
We offer you a stimulating workplace, with knowledgeable colleagues, where there are
opportunities to make an impact. AMRA provides an introductory course where you receive
tailored training in anatomy, our technical tools, and work methods under the guidance
of a mentor. We are a young company with a strong scientific foundation and a
global market presence. By being part of our team, you will have
the opportunity to contribute to a healthier world.
Application
If you have any questions, please contact Åsa Callenfors, HR Manager, +46
(0)70 610 12 57.
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
Open to all
We focus on your skills, not your other circumstances. We are open to adapting the role or workplace to meet your needs.
