Do you want to help drive electrification forward? We are looking for an employee for First Line Technical Support within our Support and Services business area. The role involves being the first point of contact for our customers and partners.

Your responsibilities As a support officer with us, you play a key role in ensuring that our customers and partners receive the best possible service and support. You are often the company's first contact point and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction through professional and efficient handling of cases.

In this role, you will:

Customer support and case management

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers and partners in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Register, follow up, and resolve cases within set time frames.

  • Provide technical support and assist with basic troubleshooting of the company's products and services.

  • Inform about products, services, policies, and procedures, as well as guide and answer questions.

Administrative tasks

  • Update and maintain customer databases and case management systems with accurate and current information.

  • Document solutions and customer dialogues for future reference and analysis.

  • Prepare and distribute reports on customer cases and support activities as needed.

Communication and collaboration

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support, sales, and finance, to ensure quick and accurate resolution of cases.

  • Escalate more complex or technically advanced cases to the appropriate level when necessary.

  • Participate in internal meetings and training to stay updated on products, services, and processes.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, such as support, service, or administration.

  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form.

  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented.

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

  • Interest in e-mobility, technology, and electrification.
