Klockaregården Elderly Home in Svenljunga is now looking for two employees for temporary positions, 80%, as two of our valued colleagues are taking a short leave. The positions are located in the dementia or somatic department.
About Klockaregården
Klockaregården is an elderly home with both somatic and dementia-oriented departments, and there is also short-term accommodation available. Here, we work together to create a safe, dignified, and meaningful everyday life for our residents. The work climate is characterized by cooperation, engagement, and care.
About the positions
As an employee with us, you will work closely with the residents on:
- Personal care and support in daily life
- Creating safety, participation, and good quality of life
- Collaboration with colleagues and other professionals
The working hours are mainly scheduled for weekends, and the positions include day and evening shifts.
Placement will be in the dementia or somatic department, based on the needs of the organization and your qualifications.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in elderly care
- Is responsible, attentive, and confident in meeting others
- Enjoys working both independently and in a team
- Education or experience in care and support is an advantage

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- Assistant nurse
- Care assistant
You who are applying should:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be able to understand and speak Swedish well, as well as write in Swedish since documentation is an important part of the job.
- Be able to handle a computer and phone (as most things are digital today).
- Have a good attitude, be responsible, and enjoy working with people
- Have good collaboration skills but also be able to take initiative
- Be able to provide a reference person
Meritorious:
- Education in care and support
- Experience working with people
