Your Responsibilities

We at Trägårns home care are now looking for a new colleague. With us, you will work to provide good service, create wonderful relationships, and contribute to enhanced quality of life for each individual. Together with your colleagues, you are an important piece in creating a meaningful everyday life for our citizens in need of support, care, and assistance.

By bike or a short walk, you will reach the customer’s home. You will perform care tasks such as personal hygiene, nursing, and medical interventions, as well as provide support and assistance with household chores. As a nursing assistant, you will work as a primary care contact for one or more individuals. This means that you will participate in welcome conversations where you, together with the individual, plan support measures. You will be responsible for the individual's implementation plan and document in the journal system Treserva. The role also includes maintaining close contact with relatives and other partners. We work from a salutogenic approach where we see the healthy aspects and encourage the person's own abilities.

Your Workplace

The Care and Social Services Administration conducts elderly care in municipal management in Linköping. There are approximately 1200 permanent employees and a large number of substitutes. Linköping Municipality has a long and well-established experience in care and support for our elderly residents.

Trägårns home care is located in central Linköping near the garden association. We operate from our premises at Trägårns secure housing, which consists of 36 apartments. The operation is divided into several different teams, totaling 27 employees.

Your working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a complete high school education, and it is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant. You should have previous experience in care, support, and assistance. It is also an advantage if you have experience working from a salutogenic approach.

We want you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken, and have good computer skills. In your work, you need to be able to ride a bike.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, takes responsibility for your tasks, and pushes your work forward. You work well with others and listen and communicate clearly. You have an empathetic ability and can understand others' perspectives and situations.

Language tests will be conducted in this recruitment.
