About Us

The psychiatric outpatient clinic Spiran is located in central Norrköping, with good communication opportunities. We offer assessment, investigation, and treatment to patients over 18 years old with moderate to severe mental illness.

The clinic consists of three specialist teams – the psychosis team, the DBT team, and the AST team – as well as a general psychiatric clinic. This broad competence creates good conditions for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and cohesive care with the patient in focus.

Job Description

As a nurse in the psychosis team, you will work with patients with psychotic disorders in a cross-professional team. The work is characterized by continuity, a person-centered approach, and close collaboration both internally and externally.

In the role of nurse, you will work with:

• Support conversations for patients with psychotic disorders
• Medication follow-up and psychoeducation
• Assessment of mental well-being and early signs of deterioration
• Collaboration with relatives, municipalities, and other care providers
• Teamwork with doctors, psychologists, social workers, caregivers, and occupational therapists

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has an interest in psychiatry and working with psychotic disorders
• Has good collaboration skills and a professional demeanor
• Is confident, responsible, and structured in your work approach

It is an advantage if you have specialist training in psychiatric care. Experience working in psychiatry or psychosis care is also beneficial.
