Main Mission

The purpose of the Community mission is to increase residents' quality of life and ability to influence their living conditions. Together, the activities of the main mission create conditions for good health, an attractive, accessible, and vibrant urban environment, countryside and nature, a safe and healthy indoor and outdoor environment, a rich supply of culture, sports, leisure, and good infrastructure.

We are restructuring our organization within cleaning services by creating three teams and are now looking for cleaning team leaders for our new teams. The new organization consists of 80 employees, one unit manager, and three cleaning team leaders. Our mission is to clean operational premises such as schools, preschools, nursing homes, and offices, etc. We offer a stimulating role with the opportunity to influence and develop cleaning services. You will be part of an engaged team where we value collaboration, quality, and sustainability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main job responsibilities

• Plan and distribute daily work based on needs cleaning and priority cleaning
• Introduce and mentor new employees
• Ensure that cleaning is performed according to routines, quality requirements, and hygiene standards
• Follow up on work efforts and provide support as needed
• Conduct employee conversations
• Order and manage cleaning materials and equipment
• Report deviations, needs, and improvement suggestions to the unit manager
• Contribute to a good work climate and a well-functioning work environment
• Maintain daily contact with customers and visit each site continuously
• Collaborate with other cleaning team leaders on changes, skills development, and personnel issues
• Implement welfare technology, needs cleaning, and sustainable solutions within cleaning services

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in cleaning services
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, hygiene routines, and work environment
• The ability to lead and motivate employees
• Good communication skills
• Experience working in a structured and independent manner
• Experience in implementing changes and new working methods
• Driver's license (B)
