The Cleaning Unit is looking for two cleaners for Båstad Municipality. One position is a part-time job (75%) focusing on deep cleaning in all municipal premises. The other position is a full-time job (100%) located at Skogsbyn Preschool and the Youth House. You will be part of a cleaning team of about 20 employees and work in an environment where quality, service, and good relationships are in focus. The work is characterized by freedom under responsibility and is carried out with ergonomic methods and modern tools that create conditions for sustainable and active professional practice. Through your work, you contribute to a safe, pleasant, and hygienic environment for children and staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Deep Cleaning Assignment

• The position mainly involves deep cleaning of the Cleaning Unit's objects, which means there is no fixed workplace. The tasks include deep cleaning.

Assignment at Skogsbyn Preschool and the Youth House

• The position includes daily cleaning in the preschool's premises, both with and without machines, as well as at the Youth House nearby. The tasks include cleaning floors, walls, and furnishings in the municipality's properties.

Extra cleaning may also occur, and support may be provided in case of absence as needed. The cleaning assignment follows an annual cycle where deep cleaning is included as a recurring element.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least one year of work experience in professional cleaning and experience in machine cleaning. It is an advantage if you hold a professional certificate such as SRY, PRYL, or equivalent, and if you have experience in floor care, deep cleaning, and window cleaning.

You need to have basic knowledge of Swedish to read job descriptions, understand dosage instructions, and receive information via email and intranet. To succeed in the role, you are self-driven, responsible, flexible, and communicative, with a good ability to create trusting relationships.

In the deep cleaning assignment, you are flexible and enjoy working in different workplaces. The deep cleaning is planned in collaboration with the unit's cleaners, and you work solution-focused with good collaboration skills.

A driver's license is required.
