We are looking for a cleaning technician in Helsingborg

As a cleaning technician at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those who work closest to the customer. The job is varied and social. You will work with internal maintenance, which means working with our customers in Helsingborg and surrounding areas.

With us, you make a difference

Your main tasks will consist of cleaning areas such as stairwells, basement corridors, laundry rooms, and office spaces. You may also be required to perform minor property repairs and gardening work. You will work independently and have great freedom to organize your work.

You contribute with your skills and engagement

We are looking for someone who has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs - you want to help create a good living environment. You enjoy providing service, like teamwork, and have a positive attitude towards work, customers, and your colleagues. It is also important that you are quality-conscious and can organize your work efficiently.

You have a high school education, and it is advantageous if you have cleaning training as well as training in INSTA 800-Nordic standard for cleaning quality. We prefer that you have prior experience in cleaning. You should also have previous experience in property maintenance. You are practical, enjoy meeting people, and delivering service with a warm smile.

As computers are a natural part of the work for all Riksbyggen employees, we prefer that you have computer skills and can handle computers in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is required. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is also required.

The position

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Helsingborg, but you may also work in nearby areas. Start date is by agreement. Riksbyggen applies a probationary period.
