Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for a reliable, meticulous, and engaged cleaner for our new operation. Your task will be to ensure that our customers' homes and/or business premises are kept clean and pleasant for both customers and staff. The work is carried out independently and in close collaboration with other colleagues within the organization. You will primarily be based in Åhus, but sometimes you will start/finish your workday in Degeberga, Kristianstad, or Tollarp.

The job responsibilities include, among other things:

• Cleaning of business customers' premises as well as private homes. Cleaning is done according to established schedules and routines
• Restocking of consumables
• Interacting with customers in a professional and solution-oriented manner
• Contributing to community and engagement within the organization

The position is part of the establishment of our new operation, which means you will be involved from the beginning and influence routines and working methods.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in cleaning or similar tasks
• Is responsible, efficient, and meticulous in your work
• Has good collaboration skills and contributes to a positive work environment
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Has a B driver's license and can cycle.
• Has no issues performing cleaning tasks in homes with pets

It is a merit if you have:

• Training in cleaning or sanitation
• Experience from work in care services or other service sectors

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
