Fun Position as Cleaning Team Leader in Housekeeping at Hotels

What is the position?

We are looking for a cleaning team leader for our housekeeping team at one or more of our hotels. The position is 75% with work every other weekend during the daytime.

Who are you? You should have experience working as a supervisor/housekeeper in hotels previously and have an eye for detail and service. You are open to a role that combines leadership, administration, and operational work. You have a talent for leading teams, keeping track of numbers, and are motivated by being a leading example while working in operations. As a person, you are goal-oriented and driven to develop yourself and others.

We also expect you to speak and write Swedish and English fluently. A driving license is a big plus.
