About the job

As a high-pressure washer and property cleaner, you work with professional cleaning of properties, facades, ground surfaces, and other outdoor environments. The work is primarily done outdoors and often together with a colleague, but sometimes independently.

You get a varied workday where you work practically, solve problems, and see the results of your work directly. A dirty facade becomes like new, an overgrown stone pavement becomes clean, and a satisfied customer can clearly see the difference when the work is finished.

A large part of the work is carried out for homeowners, housing associations, and companies, which requires a sense of service, responsibility, and professional conduct.

The work is based in Malmö and takes place primarily in Malmö and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Wash facades, ground surfaces, roofs, and buildings with professional equipment
• Perform high-pressure washing, special cleaning, and other outdoor cleaning tasks
• Work independently or together with colleagues
• Handle customer contact on-site
• Plan and execute assignments with significant personal responsibility
• Contribute to finding solutions when challenges arise during the work

We are looking for you who

• Are physically fit and enjoy practical work
• Like working outdoors year-round
• Are solution-oriented and responsible
• Take initiative and see what needs to be done
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Have a professional attitude towards customers
• Are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Hold a valid B-driver's license

Previous experience from construction, property maintenance, window cleaning, remediation, landscaping, or similar practical professions is a plus but not a requirement.

For us, problem-solving skills, work ethic, and responsibility are more important than previous experience.
