Special Cleaning Operator – Nationwide Position with Travel, Freedom, and Development Opportunities

This is not a traditional laundry job. We work with advanced special cleaning for some of Sweden's largest companies, chains, and property owners. Our assignments require precision, professionalism, and the ability to solve problems in the field.

About the Position

As a Special Cleaning Operator, you work with professional cleaning and maintenance of commercial properties, retail locations, and other business facilities throughout Sweden.

The work involves regular travel and overnight stays. You are often away for 1–2 weeks at a time before returning home.

During overnight stays, you typically stay in your own apartment or house via Airbnb, which offers higher comfort and greater freedom than traditional hotel stays. You have the opportunity to cook your own meals, exercise, and live relatively normally even during work trips.

You work together with experienced colleagues and gradually take greater responsibility for customers, equipment, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Special cleaning of properties of all kinds.
• Façade washing and property cleaning.
• Ground and surface treatments.
• Work with professional special equipment.
• Documentation of completed work.
• On-site customer contact.
• Travel and project work across Sweden.
• Responsibility for quality, safety, and company procedures.

We Are Looking For

• A valid driver's license (Category B) (mandatory requirement).
• Willingness to travel and work across Sweden.
• Ability to be away from home for 1–2 weeks at a time.
• Good physical fitness and enjoyment of practical work.
• Responsible and self-motivated.
• Strong work ethic.
• Problem-solving oriented.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Previous experience from special cleaning, property maintenance, construction, industry, remediation, or similar practical professions is meritorious but not a requirement.

We place greater emphasis on the right attitude, responsibility, and desire to develop than on previous experience.
