HC Ripan is now looking for a Diabetes Nurse / District Nurse We are seeking a committed and confident licensed nurse for a shared position, where the work is divided into 60% as a diabetes nurse and 40% as a district nurse at the health center. With us, you will work in a smaller, personal organization with short decision-making paths and a strong focus on quality, continuity, and good service.

Job Responsibilities The position is combined and means that you will work approximately 60% as a diabetes nurse and the remaining part in the role of district nurse/nurse at the health center. This setup allows you to have both a specialist area to deepen your knowledge in and a varied everyday life in primary care.

As a diabetes nurse, you will work with:

• scheduled diabetes visits and follow-ups

• own clinic with patient education and lifestyle support

• medication follow-up in collaboration with doctors

• work with quality registers, guidelines, and improvement work

• support for colleagues in diabetes-related issues

• participation in the development of the diabetes clinic

In the other part of the position, you will work as a district nurse/nurse with:

• acute flows and triage

• planned nursing clinic

• telephone advice

• own clinic based on needs and competencies

With us, you will work in a team with broad expertise and a strong culture of collaboration, where we together create smooth and secure care flows for both patients and staff. You will also have close cooperation with our experienced diabetes nurse at Renens health center in Duved, which means that travel there may occur.

About you We are looking for a licensed nurse with further education in diabetes care. It is an advantage if you are also a district nurse.

You are confident in your professional role and enjoy both independent clinic work and teamwork. You have a structured approach, easily create good patient relationships, and a genuine interest in long-term support and self-care development for patients with diabetes.

• have experience in primary care and/or chronic illness

• are used to working with telephone advice and clinics

• enjoy developing routines and working methods

• have a warm, professional demeanor

Information about the position We offer a permanent position with a combined assignment:

• Employment type: Permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.

• Work schedule: Full-time (60% diabetes nurse & 40% district nurse)

• Working hours: Daytime, weekdays

• Start date: By agreement

• Salary: Monthly salary by agreement
