We have started the summer recruitment for the emergency alarm service.

We are looking for you who want to work on a schedule. There is also the possibility to continue working after the summer.

In the emergency alarm service, you work to create security for our users; it is a varied job where you need to quickly adapt to new situations. To ensure a safe start at your new workplace, you will undergo an introduction.

Kungälv Municipality offers monthly employment for all summer substitutes who work more than four weeks. This means you get guaranteed work shifts, a ready-made schedule, and salary paid out the same month. In addition, we work with a 37-hour week as a full-time measure during the day/evening and a 34.33-hour week for night shifts. There is also the possibility to work fixed weekends throughout the year.

✨Job Responsibilities

With us in the emergency alarm service, you are a source of security for our users. You are there to provide support, help, and care. A job where your contribution truly matters, every time.

We work to support users in their daily lives. The users you meet can vary in age, skills, and care needs. We are there where the need exists throughout Kungälv Municipality, both in the center and in the outskirts. Our operations run 24/7 throughout the year.

You will be based in the shared location of the emergency alarm service. With us, you work both independently and in teams. To work in the emergency alarm service, you need to feel comfortable driving a car. The job requires you to have medication delegation, which you will receive after completing the approved training as part of your introduction.

Emergency Alarm Day/Evening

Has the main task of responding to and addressing incoming alarms and installing alarms for new users.

Emergency Alarm Night

Has the main task of conducting planned visits to users. We also address alarms that come in during the night. To work nights, it is important that you feel comfortable moving alone in Kungälv at night.

✨Qualifications

Requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are educated or have work experience in healthcare and social services.
• Good physical ability.
• B driver's license and ability to cycle.
• Mobile Bank ID or Freja ID
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Good skills in mobile and computer usage.
• Can receive delegation of health and medical care interventions.
