Main Responsibilities and Tasks

At Folktandvården Magasinsgatan, we offer you a stimulating and challenging job. We have 8 treatment rooms in fresh premises. Currently, 6 dentists (5 from May 1), 2 dental hygienists, and 10 dental nurses work at the clinic.

We have a large customer base of children and adults and need to expand our capabilities to help everyone who seeks our services.

Competence Requirements and Profile

• Licensed dentist
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
• Knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to give a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of professional development.

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

If you, as an applicant, have education/degree from another EU/EEA country than Sweden and lack references, it may be necessary to complete supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.

Folktandvården Västra Götalandsregionen conducts checks in suspicion and criminal records before employment.
