When Health Trollhättan rehabilitation clinic consists of 21 employees: 12 physiotherapists, 6 occupational therapists, 2 medical secretaries, a unit manager, and an assistant.

We provide our patients with a professional and caring approach. The clinic is centrally located in Trollhättan and collaborates with the municipality's six health centers, NU healthcare, and other healthcare providers.

We focus on the patient through good accessibility, service, and high patient safety. The work is characterized by helpfulness, collaboration, and shared working methods. About the job

Your tasks are to assess and treat patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing aids. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is established.

The work is primarily conducted at the clinic, both physical and digital visits, but we also conduct home visits. Some work can be done remotely. Treatment of patients occurs both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About you

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is advantageous, but we also welcome you as a recent graduate.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the goals of the operations. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.

A professional approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you. We also see that you live up to When Health's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Other

Travel in the service occurs. A B driver's license is required. Interviews at the clinic will be held continuously. The position is a temporary contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Welcome with your application!

About the recruitment process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
