Registered Nurse Wanted at Närhälsan Floda Health Center

Närhälsan offers high-quality primary care close to home. With hundreds of clinics in Västra Götaland, we are near residents throughout their lives and make a difference in their health. We value you and offer development throughout your professional life.

About Us

Närhälsan Floda Health Center is a well-functioning and pleasant workplace. We are a competent team with engaged employees working in a positive work environment characterized by innovation, humor, and teamwork. We are located just outside Gothenburg with good transportation links to the health center. It takes 30 minutes by train from Gothenburg central and 20 minutes by car.

Next to the health center, there are several good lunch restaurants, free parking, and beautiful nature. You can take a walk or run around the lake or even take a swim on a warm summer day. One day a week, we have an extended lunch where we train together in the form of running, walking, gym, or table tennis. One of our goals is for employees to go home from work at the end of the day with more energy than they had when they arrived in the morning.

About the Job

Your duties at the health center cover a broad field of work and include the general medical area where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-oriented in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital healthcare meetings, and at the clinic.

The work involves both acute and planned activities. You will largely work independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally in the team, as well as with other actors such as home care and other specialist care. Together with the health center management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operations forward.

About You

You are a licensed nurse. Experience in primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome new graduates.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making their own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks.

In your work, you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe you thrive in teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing, and you are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits to the clinic. We would also like you to have an interest in digitization and business development.

A professional approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you. We also see that you embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Other

The position is a part-time employment. Interviews at the health center will be conducted continuously during the application period.

Welcome with your application!

About the Recruitment Process

The selection process occurs in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite relevant candidates for a phone interview. After that, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
