We are now looking for a dentist who wants to make a difference!

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

At Folktandvården Götene-Källby, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs.

As a dentist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your entire skill set while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

Your duties will include:

• Working both independently and collaboratively with your colleagues in the treatment room.
• Conducting both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments, as well as emergency dental care.

The clinics are located in the picturesque Kinnekulle area. The larger clinic is in Götene and the smaller one in Källby. They are two and one miles from Lidköping, respectively. Good bus connections are available. We plan for a staff of six dentists, two dental hygienists, and nine dental nurses. We are looking for a dentist who wants a stimulating and challenging job. For us, it is natural to have open doors, that the clinic is a shared responsibility, that we help and learn from each other, and also have fun together!

In a smaller community, your challenge will be to treat everyone from small children to older adults. We have a good collaboration with specialist dental care, which can provide opportunities for personal development. Favorable salary supplements are available specifically at our clinic. Competence Requirements and Profile

• Licensed dentist
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care
• Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when busy
• Able to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner
• Contribute to the development of the operation by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work.

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of professional development.

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

If you, as an applicant, have an education/degree from another EU/EEA country than Sweden and lack references, it may be necessary to provide supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.
