About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and operational team leader who thrives in a production environment and has a natural leadership ability. In this role, you will actively work in production while also being responsible for providing feedback and following up with our employees on-site.

We are seeking a team leader for each shift, day and evening according to the times below, and you will be scheduled Mon-Fri or Sun-Thu.

Daytime: 05:55-14:40, Sun-Thu
Evening: 14:50-23:35, Mon-Fri

Your Responsibilities

Actively work in production
Coach and support employees to achieve set goals
Clear and ongoing communication with employees to create engagement and joy at work

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone currently working as a team leader or equivalent, with experience in being operational and present in production. It is important for us that you have a natural leadership style that makes following up and motivating consultants a natural part of your daily work, rather than a task that feels heavy or time-consuming.

Experience in monitoring productivity and a good understanding of logistics are required.
