Job Description
As the Plant Manager at BAUHAUS, you will be responsible for all handling of BAUHAUS's plant assortment. This includes ordering, caring for the plants, seasonal renovations, display, and budget responsibility for the plant assortment. BAUHAUS's goal is to have the finest hardware stores in the industry, which also includes our plants, therefore we are looking for someone with experience in plants and gardening.
You will be part of a team of skilled employees who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and colleagues. With us, you will thrive! Here, all age groups meet and contribute their unique experiences, creating a wonderful dynamic. You will report to the Logistics Manager and work closely with team leaders from the Garden Department.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience in plants who can bring that little extra to your area of responsibility. You need to have a sense of order and initiative as it is your responsibility to display plants in the store so that they thrive and are visible. To fit the role, you need to be able to work independently and be solution-oriented. We appreciate if you are motivated for development and want to contribute to maintaining the industry's best customer service. You must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish in both spoken and written form, and English in spoken form. In this recruitment, we will request a criminal record extract.
