Certified Nursing Assistant for Night Shift at Ekbacka

Ekbacka has two nursing and care homes and a short-term operation located in central Borgholm, now seeking a certified nursing assistant for night shift. At Ekbacka, we work person-centered with the individual's needs at the core, based on a rehabilitative approach. Collaboration and unit development are a given for us. The work includes performing delegated health and medical care tasks, and we continuously work on quality improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be primarily placed at Ekbacka 6 but will also have scheduled shifts as a floater, supporting other units at Ekbacka. You will work under a night agreement with reduced working hours and set your desired schedule in Timecare Multiaccess.

As a nursing assistant during the night, you will provide residents with good care and support according to their individual needs, respond to emergency alarms, and provide supervision. You will perform delegated health and medical care tasks from HSL and document residents' approved interventions continuously.

Working hours are from 21:00 to 07:15.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and is a certified nursing assistant. We seek someone with a professional attitude and a genuine interest in working with people. You find it easy to work both independently and in a team, are curious, proactive, and see it as a given to contribute to a good working environment. We are looking for someone with good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks. Personal suitability is highly valued, including approachability, teamwork ability, and engagement. Previous experience in elderly care is an advantage.

The position is full-time with the right to partial leave; we desire/require at least 80% working hours.

Before an employment offer, a police record extract for an individual must be presented, form 442-3. The extract is ordered via the police authority's website, www.polisen.nu.
