We continue to further develop our operations based on close collaboration in a multiprofessional team. All our employees have received training in person-centered working methods. We are now looking for care assistants who want to work with us in our somatic and dementia units. With your help and competence, we want our tenants to be able to live a good life.
The new Lundbygården was built in 2014 and has both somatic and dementia focus. The building has nurses, coordinators, and unit managers on-site to provide the best service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The work as a care assistant involves having a professional approach to residents, relatives, and colleagues. You will support residents in their daily lives towards the goals set in the implementation plan. Working with delegation and taking on new delegations is necessary, as is independently maintaining social documentation and establishing implementation plans in the operational system. It is important to actively participate as an employee in the development of the workplace. We work with fixed care contacts where you become an important part of our tenants' lives and well-being. You will also have the opportunity to work in various advocacy roles and specialize particularly in an area where ongoing training and municipal meetings are provided.
QUALIFICATIONS
We place great importance on having competent staff, and education as a care assistant or equivalent is a requirement.
To succeed in your work, you should enjoy the fact that the content of the work often changes and working together in a team that highlights each other's strengths. Supporting our residents to a meaningful existence gives you energy and joy. You are professional, attentive, and respectful in your approach. You have high knowledge in nursing and a drive to learn new things and try new methods in your approach. Knowledge and/or experience in low-arousal approaches is an advantage.
All colleagues are expected to collaborate flexibly across the building to best utilize each other's skills and our resources. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required, and it is also advantageous to know additional languages.
The job requires you to be able to work on delegation from licensed personnel and have good computer skills.
Work occurs during the day, evening, and weekends. Start date is by agreement.
Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the Police Authority's criminal record must be presented. You will order your own criminal record.
