About the Job

We are now looking for you who want to become a part of our wonderful team of nurses in the Center! With us, you will have a free and varied job where you meet people with different healthcare needs.

You will have the opportunity to work in a growing organization where you can plan your own work and have an impact. We operate from a newly renovated location on Gårdavägen, which is centrally located with good transport links.

As a nurse, your tasks include planning and structuring work towards individual patients and their relatives. You will independently assess and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions. The work includes specific nursing and medical treatment/assessment, responsibility for implementation and follow-up of the healthcare interventions provided. The most common tasks consist of assessment, sampling, wound dressing, medication management, injections, diabetes care, delegation, and guidance of staff. We work with person-centered care and plan the work based on the individual’s conditions and needs. In this work, we maintain ongoing dialogue with both relatives and other parties, such as social services, home care, primary care, and hospitals. With us, you will work scheduled hours, which means you primarily work during the day with some evening shifts and work every fourth weekend.

Who will be your manager?

Anneli Ekman is the unit manager for home healthcare in the Center. "As a manager, I am attentive, unpretentious, and clear. I work to create conditions for employees to be involved in influencing and have the opportunity to develop to become their best. An important priority for me is to create a good work environment where we in our team thrive and feel safe with each other."

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Since a large part of the work involves visiting patients in their homes, the position requires a B driver's license. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working as a nurse, but we also welcome you who are newly graduated.

The job requires the ability to work independently and make decisions on your own. It is natural for you to put the patient at the center, and you enjoy developing and improving care. We see that you adapt your communication according to the recipient and situation. You who apply to us have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. You listen and create understanding for the people you meet in your professional role, with the aim of meeting their needs and working to provide high-quality care to your patients. You take your tasks seriously, are keen to complete what you have started, and ensure that the work is done correctly.
