Silver Resort - the hub of tourism and car testing activities in Arjeplog is a hotel chain focused on the testing industry, conferences, events, and winter tourism. Our purpose is to provide our guests with a complete experience with the best service, the best accommodation, and exciting events. During the summer, our campsite is the natural meeting point for mountain hikers, anglers, and car visitors - with outdoor swimming, activities, cabins, and camping options.

We are looking for staff for our summer season 2026.

Receptionist

As a receptionist, you collaborate with colleagues from other departments and manage the daily receptionist tasks in accordance with the directives of management and your immediate supervisor. Your work is located at the reception in one of our hotels, Kraja or Silverhatten.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• The hotel receptionist is the face of Silver Resort and has a lot of customer contact, so a friendly demeanor is important.
• It is important to be able to collaborate with the hotel's other staff.
• To be able to concentrate on several tasks at the same time.
• At certain times of the day, many people may need assistance simultaneously, so it is good to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Who are you?

You are service-oriented, attentive, and flexible.

As a receptionist, you work with international guests and colleagues, so you should be social and have good language skills in both spoken and written form.

You are accommodating and can easily adapt to different situations that may arise in interactions with guests.

You have a well-developed ability to meet customers and guests with various needs and expectations. You handle feedback in a good and professional manner.

The position is a seasonal employment from June 2025 to August 2025. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis. Silver Resort has a collective agreement, and there is staff accommodation available for rent.

A driver's license is a requirement, as our facilities are located a distance apart, and you may need to travel between them.
