Then you are welcome to apply to the Sterile Technical Department, which is part of the Anesthesia Clinic, where about twenty employees work across Karlskrona and Karlshamn.

With us, you will work with a variety of sterile technical tasks in an environment where we strive together towards the goals of the organization.

We are a dedicated team that ensures that surgeries and other procedures in healthcare are conducted under safe circumstances. Development, modernization, and creativity are our motto, and we are driven by the best interests of the patient.

The Job

Our job is to create conditions for safer patient management by minimizing risk factors associated with patient procedures. In the sterile technical department, we handle instruments, robots, and endoscopic management from the operating departments, primary care, and internal departments at Blekingesjukhuset. Our work is characterized by technical development, and we continuously find new ways to enhance our part in the healthcare chain.

At our workplace, we have rotational shifts with day, evening, and some weekend work.

About You

We are looking for someone with a sterile technician degree or experience in sterile technical operations within surgical care. We are also interested in those studying sterile technical education.

We prefer that you are proactive, service-oriented, structured, have an easy time collaborating, and work with quality awareness.
