Team LeaderIn the role of Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to drive and develop the daily operations in the reception and ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. You will have operational responsibility with a focus on taking care of our guests in the best way. You will also plan for the daily operations and distribute tasks to your colleagues in the reception. In addition to the usual tasks that come with a reception, you will also coach, support, and train your colleagues and create a joyful work environment. We work in Opera Cloud, which is the latest and more innovative version of Opera PMS. The position is full-time and includes evenings and weekends according to a rotating schedule.

You will, among other things:

• Plan and distribute daily work
• Support, inspire, and train staff
• Develop and improve processes and routines
• Check in and check out guests
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Receive bookings
• Invoice and cash management
• Actively work towards the department's goals
• Upselling

Our biggest competitive advantage is undoubtedly our organization with its individual personalities, but also that we value modern tools. In 2019/2020, we chose to make a larger investment to develop a strong and attractive concept for the future within hotels, restaurants, conferences, gyms, and spas. In connection with the renovation, we also underwent a re-branding of the company to build a stronger brand for the future. Now we need to strengthen our front office with a Team Leader to complement our team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a hotel receptionist
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with booking systems (preferably Opera PMS)

Meritorious

• Experience as a Team Leader
