About the role

As a Booking Agent, you are the first point of contact our guests have with us, through phone and email. Together with the booking team, you work to exceed guests' expectations and ensure that our restaurants deliver experiences of the highest standard.

An important part of the role is to optimize bookings to maximize guest satisfaction. You work with waiting lists and strategic seating allocation, guiding guests to the right time and restaurant. By carefully following up on guest feedback and compiling reports, you contribute to our continuous improvement of services.

You are also responsible for ensuring that the office is presentable and welcoming for employees and any visitors. Your tasks include ensuring that meeting rooms are in order and keeping the coffee machine, fruit baskets, and other snacks well-stocked and fresh.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in the restaurant industry who thrives in a structured role focused on service. You have an eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently even under pressure. The role requires you to be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position is 70%. You will work at our headquarters with a rotating schedule primarily Tuesday to Saturday from 14:00 to 19:00.
