Regionservice is a smooth, flexible, and innovative service organization with proud employees, who together create value for Region Sörmland.

Regionservice aims to create conditions to fulfill Region Sörmland's mission efficiently and purposefully. We do this by being attentive to and understanding our customers' needs. We develop and provide support services of various kinds to all of Region Sörmland's operations, politics, patients, and visitors. We work in areas such as real estate and premises, purchasing, payroll and invoicing management, administration, information management, and operational support services such as food, transport, cleaning, and care-related services. The entire Region Sörmland is smoke-free.

Cleaning Operations

The cleaning operations are part of operational services, which is a part of region service.

Your Responsibilities

Your work includes:

• Daily cleaning of healthcare environments in hospitals and our surrounding areas.
• Deep cleaning.
• Infection cleaning.
• Construction and relocation cleaning.

Your Qualifications:

We are now looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Has a very good command of the Swedish language in speaking, reading comprehension, and writing.
• Is dedicated: For you, it is natural to be an outward face for the cleaning service. You build relationships with our customers, are trustworthy, and have the ability to work both in teams and independently.
• Is compassionate: You understand the importance of focusing on the operation, which you demonstrate through your warm approach towards others, your good service sense, and your willingness to work towards high quality and service standards.
• Can work both in teams and individually, where both independence and good collaboration skills are required.

With us, you will be part of something important. We strive to create a developing and enjoyable workplace. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in cleaning or service occupations and are trained in SRY or PRYL.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

All candidates will undergo a language test at a possible second interview since we must ensure patient safety.

Employment Form

Vacation substitute/hourly employment during periods between week 23 - 36. Start date according to agreement and may occur as early as spring 2026. Working hours are varied; we are staffed between 06:00 - 19:00. You may work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends, which means there are great opportunities for flexibility.
