About the position As a traveling service technician for the west and south regions, you will be Firefly's face to our customers. You will work with technically advanced, customized system solutions and be responsible for both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on existing facilities as well as the startup of new installations. The role also includes training customers on the system's functionality, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

For this region, you will either operate from our office hotel in Gothenburg or from home.

Your work will be independent, while you will have close collaboration with Firefly's salespeople, technical project managers, and our customers, with your focus being within Sweden and Scandinavia. Firefly has installed protection systems in over 80 countries, and for the right person, there are opportunities to work internationally in the long term.

About you To succeed in this position, we believe you are currently working in a similar role, such as a service technician in process industry, large kitchens, ventilation and piping, hydraulics, sawmills, boilers, truck workshops, boat workshops, machine repair, or similar.

We also believe you:

• Have relevant education
• Possess experience in troubleshooting and verifying components in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
• Are computer literate and have IT knowledge
• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Enjoy a traveling position
