We are now looking for a dedicated care assistant for home care in Köping who wants to help create security, independence, and quality of life for our elderly.

About the Position

As a care assistant in home care, you will provide support and care in the client's home. You will perform services according to the assistance decision, work rehabilitatively and preventively, and document according to current guidelines. You will collaborate with colleagues and licensed staff to provide the best possible care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personal care and service measures in regular housing
• Support in daily rehabilitation
• Preventive work regarding falls, nutrition, oral care, and pressure sores
• Collaboration with home healthcare, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists

We work according to a schedule and have both day, evening, and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requirement: Care assistant education (high school or vocational)
• Experience in home care is an advantage
• Driver's license with manual transmission is an advantage
• Good Swedish in speech and writing

In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. Within healthcare and care services, a criminal record extract is required.
