Mechanic Wanted for Our Workshop

Are you the driven and curious mechanic our workshop needs to take the next step in development for the future? We want you to be technically skilled, communicative, and, of course, proud of your profession with a desire to educate yourself to become even sharper. If you also have a few years of professional experience, that is certainly a plus. When you work as a car mechanic with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first. You will work closely with customers and therefore need the ability to create long-term customer relationships. The position involves service, repairs, and diagnostics on passenger cars and light trucks of most brands. A very varied workday, simply put.

To be considered for the role, we see that you have:

  • A valid driver's license. This is a requirement!
  • A burning interest in technology and automotive mechanics.
  • Documented relevant education.
  • Documented experience working as an automotive mechanic.
  • Good administrative skills and computer proficiency.
  • Good communication skills and excellent customer service.
  • A willingness to learn more and develop within the profession.

You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and view challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have teamwork skills, and can also work under pressure. You easily grasp new instructions, and we see it as a given that you have a strong interest in cars and a sense of service. At least a B driver's license.

The position is part-time or full-time. We apply a six-month probationary period and thereafter a permanent employment with individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are ongoing. The position may be filled before the application deadline.

Personality is important to us! Therefore, we ask all applicants to complete a short personality test. This allows us to get a more objective picture of you as a person and will be used as part of the decision-making basis in the selection process. The link to the test will be sent in a separate email the day after you submit your application, and we kindly ask you to respond to the test as soon as you can. As part of our recruitment process, a background check will also be conducted before employment can be considered. This includes a criminal record extract and possible financial control (UC).
