About Us

Do you want to be part of the journey to build a new department? We are pleased to have many customer assignments and inquiries within the power and industrial segment and are now strengthening with a new department in the Central Region focused on these areas.

Our assignments consist of both large and small projects, contracts, service assignments, and maintenance.

As we are in an expansive phase and involved in several interesting projects with our industrial customers around Dalarna, including Falun, Borlänge, Avesta, and Ludvika, we need to grow with more engaged star players in those areas. Our department and operations currently originate from Borlänge, but the assignments extend throughout the entire region.

We have the internal competence within the group to take on interesting and complex projects together, and the ambition is to build a team with specialized skills and strengths in various areas related to power and industry. The goal is a group with wonderful colleagues, a strong family feeling, and a stable and secure environment for development. Job Responsibilities

As a power and industrial electrician with us, you will work with varied tasks in exciting customer projects from start to finish. The work may include everything from installation and troubleshooting to renovations, electrical service, and corrective maintenance. We care about our employees, and with us, you have great opportunities for development and responsibility.

In the long term, we will also need leading assemblers and project managers, so do not hesitate to reach out if you have relevant experience or the desire to develop in the area of power installations.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and connect cabling
• Troubleshooting and maintenance primarily in industrial facilities
• Assist with commissioning in projects
• A service-oriented approach, where you help our customers

Experience and Competence

We would like to build a team with different focuses and competencies within electrical power, but we need you to have worked a few years as an electrician, be self-sufficient, have a good ability to collaborate with others, and be flexible in your work. Desirable for a leading assembler or project manager role is a good understanding of the business, cost calculations, and customer contact.

We believe that you enjoy working with varied tasks, are solution-oriented, and take your own initiatives. We highly value your communication skills as you will have both internal and external contacts, and you have a positive attitude towards changes.

As a person, you are used to maintaining a high technical level and efficiency in your work. You thrive working towards deadlines, are confident in your skills, and have good prioritization abilities in critical situations. Maintaining many contact points where you also provide service and support based on your competence in electrical power is an important part of your work. With a business-oriented perspective, you are driven, creative, and quality-conscious in your assignments.

We are looking for you:

• Who has electrical education and ECY certification or equivalent competence.
• A couple of years of experience as an electrician or power installer
• A valid driver's license is a requirement
• You must be able to read and understand drawings and circuit diagrams
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in the power segment or as an industrial electrician and have experience in leadership, such as a leading assembler or equivalent. Additionally, being skilled with digital tools is a plus.
