Coordinator of Technology & Maintenance

About the Role

In this role, you will be the technical engine in production. You will ensure that our machinery operates as it should – today, tomorrow, and in the long term. Work is conducted closely with production, with significant responsibility for planning, development, and quality assurance of everything related to technology and maintenance. You are a key player in both operational and development projects, and you ensure that the technology not only works – but works really well.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Technology & improvement work
• Ensure high operational reliability through inspections, troubleshooting, and urgent interventions
• Drive the development of our technology and machinery
• Lead installations, upgrades, and improvement projects
• Planning & structure
• Design and follow up on preventive maintenance
• Be responsible for service agreements, maintenance budget, and spare parts management
• Plan major maintenance stops and annual inspections
• Support and train operators in technical matters
• Participate in the daily management of the Production Management Group
• Introduce new staff in production
• Maintain close contact with suppliers and contractors
